PUFF-PUFF!!!


WOOOOOOOOOHH!! Happy New Year amazing People, Like really?? its 2013?? woop woop!!
I'm super excited..We all made it .. God is so good...He kept us, it can only be him..I pray that this year will be the year of new beginnings and restoration in Jesus name ..:D

Like I mentioned in my last post of 2012, that I would be showing you guys how to make the fastest/easiest puff puff (one of my favourite snacks ). In case some of you don't know what puff is....Puff Puff is a snack similar to doughnut, French Beignet and Italian Zeppole and  normally made with flour.

So lets get started.....:)

THINGS YOU NEED

  1. Flour
  2. Milk
  3. Sugar
  4. Egg
  5. Yeast
  6. Oil
You can use any type of yeast or flour you want ...

STEPS

Pour amount  of milk you want in a deep bowl and warm in the microwave for about 5-10 minutes (Preferably when the milk is  hot enough for the yeast to melt ... 


Pour the yeast in the milk and stir together, until the yeast is well dissolved in the milk, if you don't get the yeast to mix well with the hot milk, you're going to end up with something else ...
After stirring the hot milk and sugar, add sugar ,stir  and add your flour..
Stir as you add your flour to the milk, yeast and sugar ...Then, break your egg in the mixture (Egg is optional).. and stir very well, until the egg dissolves well ..
Cover for  few minutes... approximately 10 minutes  and ready to fry......
and you end up with this......:D

That's just it...very simple and easy......
Btw, I lost my Camera and its so sad I have to use my cousin's dead camera (I hope he doesn't see this doe!) for the main time while I get a new one .....Anyways, I hope this post helps and I wish you all a prosperous New year....

    I actually spent New years eve making puff puff as well. I used Avartsy's recipe and its even much easy (no eggs or milk). Super oily but i LOVE puff puff too.
